Goal 1:  Enhance positive connections at school among students and between students and adults.
Goal 2:  Develop systems and structures towards improving psychological safety of staff across all sites.
Goal 3: Create systems and structures to assure the active utilization of holistic approaches (e.g., circle, 4 blankets, Indigenous ways, CSL) to promote connection and belonging across all sites. 
Goal 1: Establish systems to receive and promote student voice.

Goal 2: Create and refine systems of feedback loops within and between all sites. 

Goal 3: Build and enhance collaborative relationships with community partners and families to complement and support the work happening in schools. 
Goal 1: Create and implement structures for ongoing system wide education of pertinent topics on Mental Health promotion. This includes a muti-year focus on topics such as sexual health, mental health literacy, substance use, etc.
Goal 2: Promote and support the implementation of the health component of the Physical Health Education curriculum.
Goal 3: Collaborate with the community (families, partners, etc.) to collectively generate learning opportunities to support positive mental health in school and community.
Goal 4: Refine a district-wide system for sharing consistent information and education with families (e.g., Universal Precautions).
